How can we help?
If you're experiencing issues with Posita, please check the common solutions below or contact us directly.
Quick Answers
Where are my photos stored?
On your iPhone, in Posita's own storage. Your references, recreations, albums and favorites never leave the device — the app has no server to send them to, and no AI looks at them. Shots you choose to save to your Photos library become ordinary photos there.
Does anything leave my device?
Three things, none of which contain your photos: your subscription status, handled by RevenueCat against a random identifier generated on your device; anonymous usage counts such as “onboarding completed”, sent to analytics we host ourselves; and, when you paste a link, the request your iPhone makes to that website to download the image.
How do I delete everything?
Delete a reference, a recreation or a whole album inside the app and it is gone — there is no copy anywhere else. Deleting the app removes everything it stored, including the widget and share extension data. Shots you saved to your Photos library stay there until you delete them in Photos.
How do I save a pose from Instagram or Pinterest?
Tap Share in that app and choose Posita in the iOS share sheet — the image or link lands in the album you pick. You can also copy a link and paste it in Posita, or add a photo from your library or camera.
Why does it say I have reached today's limit?
The free plan includes three recreations a day, counted from your local midnight. Deleting a recreation does not give the count back. Posita Pro removes the limit. Saving references, browsing albums and comparing shots you already took are never limited.
How do I manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. On your iPhone open Settings → tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions → select Posita to change or cancel it.
The app crashes or something is wrong.
Write to us from Settings → Contact Us, or email vasgo.apps@gmail.com with your device model, iOS version and a short description. There is no crash reporting in the app, so a message from you is the only way we hear about it.
