Where is my data stored?
On your iPhone, in a database only nocnt can read. Your days, milestones, reasons and checklist answers never leave the device — the app has no server to send them to.
Does anything leave my device?
Three things, none of which contain what you log: your subscription status, handled by RevenueCat against a random identifier generated on your device; anonymous usage counts such as app opens and app version; and anything you deliberately send through the iOS share sheet.
How do I delete everything?
Settings → Reset data. It erases your current and past attempts, every logged day, your milestones, reasons and checklist answers, cancels scheduled notifications and returns the app to day one. It cannot be undone, because there is no copy anywhere else. Deleting the app removes the rest.
Why didn't looking them up reset my count?
Because it isn't contact. Looking them up is logged as a lurk day: it shows up on your year in amber so you can see the pattern, but only reaching out — texting, unblocking or meeting — resets the count.
How do I manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. On your iPhone open Settings → tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions → select nocnt to change or cancel it.
The app crashes or something is wrong.
Write to us from Settings → Support → Contact Us, or email vasgo.apps@gmail.com with your device model, iOS version and a short description. There is no crash reporting in the app, so a message from you is the only way we hear about it.
